Representative credit pricing

This pricing is for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC). Fill in the three fields below and the tiers and prices appear on this page straight away; the same list also goes to the address you enter.

Why we ask for your licence number

What representatives buy is credits, which is not the same thing as the price for applying for yourself: the larger the tier, the lower the unit price, and credits do not expire. This is open to licensed consultants only, so we check the licence first.

The number is used to keep this pricing to licensees, and as the record of this one send: no marketing, no third parties. We do not open an account for it and we do not build a database.

How credits are counted

How many credits an application costs depends on its type:

Application typecredit
Extension inside Canada, PR card renewal1
Application from outside Canada, citizenship2
Refugee claim3
Permanent residence4
Accompanying family member — permanent residence (PR)each add 2
Accompanying family member — in-Canada extension, application from outside Canada, refugee claim1 more in total (not multiplied by how many people)
Accompanying family member — citizenshipno extra charge (citizenship is one application per person)

Why PR is counted per person and the rest is a one-off: the PR portal generates a full set of forms for each accompanying family member (measured: three family members take it from 152 boxes to 509). In the other categories family members occupy only a few rows on the family-information form — asked once, the same whether or not you add people.

⚠️ Temporary residence is one application per person. When a family travels together, the IRCC portal holds them in a “group” that contains one complete application per person (we checked: each member has their own Continue button on the group page). So a family of four travelling means four applications, each charged at its own category. The “+1 per accompanying family member” above refers to someone written into the family information form who is not applying themselves.

An application is charged once. Filling it again, restarting after it stalls, coming back to change an answer: all the same application. Entering and saving information is free; the charge falls at whichever comes first, the first time you have us read a document or the first time you download a filled form.

The smallest block is 5 credits; buy another if you need more, and larger blocks cost less per credit. Credits do not expire and there is no monthly fee, so whatever you do not use stays there.
