Services and Fees

Flat-fee and hourly services with published prices, ordered and paid for directly on this site. There is no need to add a messaging contact first and no back and forth by email. Consultations start at 15 minutes for $75, so a single specific question can be booked on its own.

Services on this page are provided in English. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax (Ontario HST 13%; non-resident clients are handled according to the applicable tax rules). Services are provided by Yueheng Gao (Steven Gao), Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, RCIC #R534273, listed on the CICC public register at college-ic.ca, and Ontario licensed Paralegal #P21984, regulated by the Law Society of Ontario.

Express Entry CRS Calculator
Scores your profile against the official IRCC grid: core, spouse, skill transferability and additional points, with a live breakdown of where each point comes from.
Job offer points were removed on March 25, 2025. This calculator reflects the current rules.
OINP Workforce Priorities Points Calculator
Follows the official ontario.ca bands across 11 factors, showing the running total and where each point comes from.
A cut-off score is the result of a draw, not a threshold set in advance, so see the OINP invitations to apply page. The number here shows where your points come from and which factors still have room.
MPNP Points Calculator
Follows the Manitoba EOI points grid across six factors, out of 1000, showing the running total and the breakdown.
Manitoba draws by occupation, by broad category, by language, and under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative, so there is no single province-wide cut-off. Look first at which segment you fall into, then at where your score sits within that segment.
BC PNP Points Calculator
Scored band by band against the official BC PNP program guide, out of 200: work experience, education, language, hourly wage and area of employment listed separately.
Wage alone is worth 55, the heaviest single factor. Both current streams require a full-time indeterminate job offer from a B.C. employer, which the page checks first.
Alberta AAIP Points Calculator
Scored band by band against Alberta's official Worker EOI grid, out of 100: human capital 69 and economic factors 31, listed separately.
All four language abilities must reach CLB 4 to submit. The score is not the only basis for selection: Alberta also draws by occupation and sector.
Looking for full representation? Everything above is a single flat-fee or hourly service, not representation. Representation on a complete application is covered by a separate retainer agreement and quoted separately. Booking one paid consultation first and deciding after that is a common way to approach it, and the consultation fee is credited in full against the later representation fee.
