What this tool does

An IRCC application typically runs to several forms and a few hundred fields, with the same fact entered again and again; the online portals add session timeouts, and an unsaved page has to be entered a second time. This tool reduces the entry to one pass, then writes the answers into every form and every page.

The saving is in the field-by-field entry. A provincial nominee application for a principal applicant and two accompanying dependants runs to five forms and four hundred-odd fields. The answers are entered once; the extension writes the rest into the portal. The more applications filed, the wider the gap: the same set of answers carries on to the other forms that kind of application requires.

Where these figures come from: the five forms behind the permanent residence portal hold 192 fixed fields, 144 of them answerable from a passport, a transcript or an employment letter, and 48 known only to the applicant. For a principal applicant with a spouse and one child the fixed fields come to 225; with the address, personal and travel histories that add a row per period, an application runs past four hundred. At four to six fields a minute, entry alone takes over an hour; with the portal saving page by page, the city list loading after a province is chosen, dates returned for their format, and re-authentication after a timeout, three hours is the untroubled case.

Other principal features

Documents are read by AI, built into the tool. An intake form, a passport, an education credential, an employment letter, an old form — PDF, Word or a photo, all of them can be read: the model reads what the document says and writes it into the matching fields, rather than matching keywords. There is no separate AI service to subscribe to, no other tool to install, and no need to retype what the documents already say. Every value that is read carries the file it came from and the page number, so it can be checked against the original; anything it cannot make out is left blank and flagged for the applicant to fill in. Two readings are included with each application at no extra cost, and using them is the applicant's choice.

Locating what is missing. A list of outstanding fields sits above the questionnaire; selecting one opens the relevant section, scrolls to the field and places the cursor in it.

Explanations for fields the portal refused. For most refused fields the reason is available directly: the option is absent from the portal's own list, the field was not rendered on that page, or the portal returned an error of its own. Only where the existing rules cannot account for it is an enquiry offered, sending the same de-identified record (page structure and refused fields, containing nothing that was entered) to a model and returning a field-by-field account: the field, the reason, and the correction.

Coverage is not limited to the permanent residence portal. PDF forms are completed on this page and downloaded; the pages of the online portals are written by the Chrome extension. All four portals — permanent residence, temporary residence, refugee and citizenship — are supported, covering 38 kinds of application at present; the full list is under “Which applications it covers” below. The check that follows completion looks at four things: fields left empty, gaps in the timeline, placeholders left in, and answers that contradict one another. Every value is labelled with its source, so it can be checked against the original document.

The extension supports Chrome and Edge. Safari is not supported. An application that submits only PDF forms does not require the extension.

What remains with the applicant

• It does not read account credentials. The applicant signs in to the portal; the extension neither sees nor stores the password.
• It does not upload documents or submit the application. Both steps are the applicant's to carry out.
• It does not decide how a question should be answered. Every entry in the portal comes from material the applicant supplied; anything not supplied is marked as outstanding rather than guessed at.
• It does not verify the truth of what is entered, assess the application, or guarantee any outcome.

How charging works

Priced per application: one price per application.

The difference comes from how IRCC structures the portals. Permanent residence puts the whole family into one application; temporary residence is one application per person, and each family member travelling with you is a complete application of their own.

An application is charged once. Filling it again, restarting after it stalls, coming back to change an answer: all the same application. Entering and saving your own information is free; the charge falls at whichever comes first, the first time you have us read a document or the first time you download a filled form. So you can put everything in and see how it is organised before deciding whether to buy.

Tax is charged at the rate for your province or territory and shown at checkout: HST 13% in Ontario; HST 15% in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island; GST 5% elsewhere, including the three territories (Quebec QST is handled under that province’s own rules). Non-resident applicants outside Canada are zero-rated and pay no tax.

How to order

1. Use the payment link above and pay by credit card. Payment is taken on Stripe's own page; we never see your card number.
2. Once the payment goes through, the licence code is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
3. Paste it into “Enter a code” on the left of the website. The code is checked on your own computer, offline; the extension never touches it.

Where your information lives

What you type stays on your own computer, in your browser's local storage. There is no analytics. Uninstalling deletes all of it.

The document reader is optional: you choose the PDF, Word (.docx) or photograph files and it fills in what it recognises. Up to 10 files at a time, 4 MB per file, 40 pages per batch.

Files leave your computer only when you press that button: first to our reading service in Toronto, then on to the Anthropic Claude API in the United States, and we keep no copy. Do not give it bank statements; these applications do not ask for them. What you actually have to file is set by the checklist for your own category.
